Built for the field, not the boardroom

Read the wildone record at a time.

WildyMildy is the expedition planning and wildlife research workspace where field observers, conservation teams, and naturalists organize, document, and analyze long-term studies of animals and their habitats.

Field capabilities

Everything a study needs, from first sighting to final analysis.

01

Plan expeditions

Map study sites, schedule transects, and build itineraries for multi-day fieldwork — with every coordinate and route held in one structured plan.

02

Document observations

Log species, counts, behavior, and habitat context with location stamps, photos, and measurements — consistent records, captured the moment you see them.

03

Analyze long-term trends

Turn seasons of raw entries into population trends and comparisons you can read across whole study periods — the slow signal beneath the daily noise.

04

Map habitats

Anchor every record to a place. Tag riparian zones, canopy, grassland, or wetland and watch how sightings cluster across the landscape over time.

05

Coordinate teams

Keep conservation crews aligned on shared sites and methodology, so a study survives staff changes and reads the same in year five as in year one.

06

Build species archives

Assemble a durable reference of every species you track — notes, imagery, and history compounding into an archive ready for the next researcher.

About us

A calm, rigorous home for patient fieldwork.

🧭We're WildyMildy — a field-built workspace for the people who do the patient work of watching wild things. Conservation teams, expedition leads, ecologists, and independent naturalists all share the same problem: a season's worth of sightings, coordinates, habitat notes, and measurements scattered across paper logs, photo dumps, and half-remembered hunches. We pulled all of it into one calm, rigorous place built for the field.

🌿Our mission is to make long-term observation feel as durable as the species it tracks. Real ecological insight doesn't arrive in a week — it surfaces across years of careful records. We exist so that every transect walked and every individual counted compounds into something you can study, compare, and trust down the line.

📓Inside WildyMildy you plan expeditions, log structured observations with location and habitat context, attach photos and measurements, organize teams and sites, and turn raw field entries into trends you can analyze across whole study periods. It keeps your methodology consistent, your data clean, and your archive ready for the next season.

🐾It's the difference between a drawer of loose notes and a living body of research that outlasts any single fieldworker — yourself included.

Track the wild. Keep the record. Read the years.

Privacy policy

Your fieldwork belongs to you — entirely.

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

WildyMildy is built on a simple, uncompromising principle: we do not collect, store, transmit, or monetize any of your data. Every observation, coordinate, photo, and note you record lives entirely on your own device. Here's exactly what that means.

01Information We Collect

Nothing. WildyMildy operates without accounts, sign-ups, names, email addresses, or device identifiers. We don't track geolocation and run no analytics or telemetry. Your sightings, counts, GPS site points, habitat notes, itineraries, measurements, and photos are created and kept on your device alone. We never see them.

02How We Use Information

Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to use, read, profile, analyze, or sell. Every feature — logging observations, planning expeditions, building archives, and computing trends — runs entirely on-device. Your research is processed locally and never passes from your hands to ours.

03Data Storage

All records are stored locally within the app on your device. There is no cloud backend, no remote sync, and no transmission of your field data to our servers or anyone else's. Offline in the deep backcountry, the app works exactly the same — it was never reaching out to begin with.

04Third-Party Services

WildyMildy contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, no trackers, and no embedded marketing SDKs. We share data with no partners, because no data leaves your device to share. No outside service ever receives information about you or your studies.

05Data Security

Keeping everything local is itself our strongest safeguard. With no servers holding your data, there's no central database to breach and no transmission to intercept. We recommend using your device's passcode, biometric lock, and encrypted backups to protect your fieldwork.

06Children's Privacy

WildyMildy does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — including children under 13. Since the app collects no data from any user at all, it is inherently aligned with COPPA principles. Young naturalists log their observations with the same complete privacy as everyone else.

07Your Control

You hold total control at all times. Your data exists only on your device, and you can erase it completely by deleting the app. With no accounts, no cloud copies, and no off-device backups created by us, removing the app removes everything — with no residual record on our side.

08Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect app improvements or legal changes. When we do, we'll revise the Effective Date above. Our core commitment — collecting nothing and keeping everything on your device — will not change.
